4 SESSION SERIES

Trauma Informed Yin Yoga with intentional breathing and sinking into connective tissue with lots of slow movement that provides plenty of time and space.

 

Session 1: Prana

Ujjayi breath, shoulders, chest + spine.

Contemplation: “The more I connect to my breath, the easier it is to follow the flow of the greater life force moving within me.”

Session 2: Sweetness

Hips, low back + spine.

Contemplation: “How sweet it is to do nothing, and then rest afterward.”

Session 3: Relearning Rest

Feet, quads + hips.

Contemplation: “You may think you are not doing much at all… Transformation requires rest.”

Session 4: Refuge

Wall sequence; hips, back + guided meditation.

Contemplation: “If we don’t know how to be with ourselves without distractions and multitasking, how can we be with anyone else?”
