4 SESSION SERIES

Explore mindful, breath led movement and a pranayama (breath work) practice in every session. This series is made to build and each week we'll go a little bit deeper into our breath and how we can use it to support our nervous systems.

 

Session 1: Awareness of Breath

Side body, hip flexors, breath awareness.

Affirmation: My breath is my guide.


Session 2: Extend Your Exhale

Heart, hips, humming breath + ujjayi.



Session 3: Traveling Breath

Psoas, stretch + strengthen hip flexors, heart opening + intentional breath placement.

Affirmation: My awareness travels with my breath.


Session 4: Prana, Agni, Mala

Core, obliques, balance, heart opening, dirga breath.

Affirmation: I release _____. I welcome _____.
