5 SESSION SERIES
This series was created specifically to support those experiencing depression, hopelessness and dissociation. This is your invitation to move, breathe, and feel into your body as we explore specific shapes and breath work designed to energetically support you.
Session 1: My Body is Wise
Hip flexors, heart, shoulders, spine.

Session 2: Courage
Shoulders, chest, quads.
Affirmation: I acknowledge my courage in my healing.
Contemplation: “You are a mountain of tiny courages.” -Darby Hudson
Session 3: Take Up Space
Neck, chest, hips.
Affirmation: I am deserving of my healing. // I am deserving of _____.
Poem for contemplation:
your healing is on its way to you
have you made room for its arrival?
turn on the lights turn up the music
let it know that you are home
that you are ready for your new day
that you believe your new day belongs to you

Session 4: I Am Here
Side body, hips, glutes, twists.
Affirmation: I am in my body.
Session 5: Twists + Neural Processing
Twists, quads, balancing.
Affirmation: I am full of life. // I can stop, and take a breath.

Stop and take a deep breath.
Regenerate your lungs with fresh air and let that remind you how full of life you are.
