4 SESSION SERIES
No goals, no hustle, no striving. This is an invitation to turn inward and receive with awareness and gentle, fluid movement. You are welcome just as you are.
Session 1: Be Where You Are
Hip flexors, low back, twists, side body.
Affirmation: I can pause and rest. // I allow myself to pause and rest. // I give myself permission to pause and rest.
Contemplation: No matter where you find yourself, I pray you have the courage to pause sometimes. To rest and look within. To be still and know that you are not lost. You are making your way home.

Session 2: Receive
Abdominals, side body + balance
Affirmation: I deserve to receive ______.
Contemplation: “I am enough, I am full of love, I am wise. I know what I need and I deserve to have needs.”

Session 3: Exploring Rest
Glutes, quads, hamstrings, hips.
Contemplation: “Rest is, quite simply, when you stop using a part of you that’s used up, worn out, damaged, or inflamed, so that it has a chance to renew itself.”

Session 4: Need For Rest
Neck, shoulders, quads, hips.
Affirmation: Rest is how I honor my needs.
Contemplation: I allow myself to slow down and rest. My need for rest is not a failure, it is how I honor my need for rest.
