Session 1

Hip flexors, quads + low back.

Session 2

Hip flexors, side body + breath work.

Affirmation: I am free to ___.



Session 3

Chest, shoulders, inner thigh.

Affirmation: Everything is temporary.


Session 4

Spine, quads + inner thigh.

Affirmation: My body is sacred. // I am sacred.
