Soma Yoga is a membership based, on demand trauma informed yoga studio that invites you to practice at your own pace, in your own timing.

Courage to Feel Again is an invitation to build capacity to feel and be with your body and emotions without judgement or trying to “fix.” This is a time to learn how to identify sensations and emotions, find words, and learn how to hold space for your own heart as I also hold space for you.

What is Trauma Informed Yoga? In trauma healing, words are not enough. Trauma is held and remembered by the body. Trauma is also healed through the body. Trauma Informed Yoga (TIY) is an evidence based somatic practice that gives complete power and choice to the student, while offering opportunities to turn inward and reconnect with oneself at your own pace. TIY is not about getting the shape “right” or mastering/ perfecting anything; it’s about being with yourself in the moment, just as you are.
